Gong, Without the Noise

The main benefit of Fathom for me is Gong-like features without the large price that is meant for large well funded teams. Having video and transcription is key, which is better than the super affordable Otter.ai.​ I love The free part with the video plus transcription.

I've used Gong & Chorus in the past. Fathom's experience as a User is better and provides much richer features while on calls. The ability to Highlight topics with the click of a button is fantastic. Their AI Summary is also incredibly useful. In previous tools, I found myself frequently reviewing calls and taking notes. I'm much more efficient with Fathom. I save at least 1-2 hours a day with Fathom vs. similar tools.

Fathom is great for automating conversation analytics. The fact that it does everything Gong does for me but easier and more cost effiently is amazing. It is so simple and automatic. Reviewing and sending conversations is so easy to share.

Being able to be invloved and listening to my meetings without disrupting my flow of questions and the chat is incredibly valuable. When you wish to highlight a certain part, it will go back to the beginning of that speaker speaking.
